About our RMA On-line & Tracking System

This user-friendly laptop service system, not only gives you a free quotation or estimate before you send your laptop to us, but also helps you easily track the whole process of your specific laptop repair. Moreover, this provides you a guaranteed after-repair service: we keep your laptop repair history on our system for at least a year. Once you have registered with our website, you will share the benefits of our laptop repair RMA tracking system, which has incorporated all of the following processes:  

1. User Inquiry: User provides the laptop's detail and faults report.
2. Initial estimate: Micro-Nano IT will provide an initial estimate based on the inquiry.
3. User Authorization: User Accepts or Refuses the estimate; as soon as user clicks the accept button, a RMA number will be provided immediately; otherwise, the RMA process go to Close at this stage.
4. Laptop delivery: user prints out the RMA form, and sends the laptop with it to MNIT. Then, the user records the courier name and the track number in the system, in order not to lost the unit in transit.
5. Receiving and In-coming Check: MNIT receives the computer against the RMA number and reports any findings for this RMA.
6. MNIT may re-estimate according to the actual faults. (Optional)
7. The user confirms the acceptance of the re-estimate. (Optional)
8. Repair: The laptop will be repaired to the highest standard.  Once completed, MNIT will issue an invoice via the on-line system.  
9. Payment will then be made as soon as possible by the user
10. The Laptop will be returned once payment has cleared. MNIT will ship the laptop(s) to the user. This will be activated by the courier's  details in our system, so that the customer will be notified know when s/he  will receive the laptop.
11. Once the customer receives the laptop, s/he will leave feedback on the system.  At that point the RMA can be closed. Otherwise, the RMA will be closed once laptop reaches the user after 48 hours.
